Year 8 Leadership Initiatives Challenge

The Year 8s were divided into six groups of twelve and rotated around a series of physical challenges. At each challenge two boys were given the task of leading the task and coordinating their group.

The afternoon focused on the following themes:

Teamwork
Leadership
Thinking skills
Problem solving
Relationships
Values
Initiative

At the end of each rotation the boys sat down to debrief the success of their challenge. The photos tell the story....
